E-wrap Cast On

This is probably the very first thing you learned to do when you first picked up a loom.  This cast on method is very quick and easy.  It is recommended when you need a very loose cast on, or if the beginning stitches will not show (i.e. when you will be folding up the cast on edge to form the brim of a hat
